We’ve always been big supporters of Torq and they’ve just released a new version of their software 1.5. It’s still quite a bit buggy at the moment as we’ve found out but has some solid new features such as tempo anchors and an awesome new timestretching method. You can upgrade from here but if you’re the cautious type, I’d wait a while for the those bugs to be ironed out.
